What is RubiComps?
RubiComps is a screener for private UK companies, built on the accounts they file at Companies House. Filter companies on revenue, growth, margin and leverage, see how many match, then run a Deep Dive on the ones worth a closer look.

Which companies does RubiComps cover?
50,436 UK private and public companies with revenue over £5m, across 21 industry sections and 20 revenue bands.
Where does the data come from?
From the accounts companies file at Companies House, and it is updated daily. Every Deep Dived company has a Filings tab listing the documents its figures were read from.
What is a Deep Dive?
A Deep Dive sources up to 10 years of a company's filed accounts and delivers analysis, forecasting and valuation in less than 5 minutes per company.
It returns the historic financials extracted line by line, dashboards and trends, year-by-year variance analysis, an integrated P&L, balance sheet and cash flow forecast with editable assumptions, and a DCF valuation with sensitivity analysis.
Can I export the figures?
Yes. A Deep Dived company's financials and ratios — up to 11 years of them — export to an editable Excel file, with a Checks tab that validates the numbers against the filed accounts.
How much does RubiComps cost?
The Free plan costs £0 and needs no registration. It has restricted search filters and limited search results, and a Deep Dive costs £600 per company.
The Alpha plan is £2,500 a year excluding VAT (£208 a month equivalent). It includes the full screener with filtering and ranking, 10 Deep Dives, and additional Deep Dives from £50 per company, with benchmarking, 5-year forecasts, DCF valuation, valuation comps, portfolios and a watchlist.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The Free Trial lasts 7 days and needs no credit card. It includes all Alpha plan features, 1 free Deep Dive and a 21 company portfolio.
